By filling out this cake request form you understand when being contacted that you have read and agreed to all of the information on this form.

This is not a contract but instead an agreement.

You consent to being contacted through your preferred method to finish the ordering process. 

You agree to pay a deposit when invoice is sent out and the remaining balance a day before pickup. Orders will not be fulfilled if left unpaid for selected pickup date. 

Cake request forms will not be valid 3 days after we contact you.  

If you selected a date that is less than a week in advance we will not contact you unless we have availability. Book two weeks in advance. 

If you select a date that is already booked your order will be declined and an alternative date will be offered.
